TRANSPORTATION

Harding Township is 34 miles from New York City and 20 miles to Newark International Airport. It is situated just one mile from I-287 and minutes to I-80 and I-78. Routes 202 and Interstate 287 connect Harding to all points within the metropolitan area. Commuter service is available in Morristown or Madison, and Morristown airport located nearby provides helicopter and limousine service to all metropolitan hubs and metro airports. Commuters who live in the northeastern portion of Harding can catch NJ Transit trains from Chatham, Madison and Morristown, while those who live in the southwestern area are closer to the Basking Ridge and Bernardsville stations.
